3. TODAY’S SELF-OBSERVATION
Something of a new start today in which I start putting some effort into both body and business! The next few months will be an exercise in focus, where fulfilment needs to triumph over pleasant distraction. My mind does not instinctively work on its own and needs my conscious focus on my intention to steer it. I believe that simple maxim, FOCUS ON INTENTION, is the key to all success.
