3. TODAY’S SELF-OBSERVATION
To Reiki everything is the principal thought on my mind today. For my “infilling” meditation I am thinking Reiki on each inbreath and everything on each outbreath. I am absolutely ready to allow my consciousness to merge with the Absolute, and now have the methods and determination to facilitate it. However I anticipate a process to be more likely than instant transformation, but in isolated moments my consciousness already resonates at this level.
Having a clear positive intention is the key for any life to be fulfilled. To know what you want to achieve and to give it your full conscious attention is the path to success. It has taken me until mid-life to reach this point of understanding but all my previous experience contributed to my seeing clearly now.

“Wearing a mask wears you out. Faking it is fatiguing. The most exhausting activity is pretending to be what you know you aren’t.”
